Return Policy Within 30 days of receipt of your order, we'll be happy to exchange for another item or refund your purchase price. Please return the item(s) in question to us along with a copy of your paperwork and a note expressing your wishes. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Single sheets and partial packages are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call us if you have questions.


Special Sizes and Cutting Charges We will be happy to cut cardstock to practically any size you desire for a small charge. Most of the time, the charge will be a dollar or two per package, depending on the complexity of the cutting and number of sizes involved. Check your sizes carefully -- packages requiring special cuts are not returnable. If you're placing an order by phone, you will need to fax (888-266-0496 or 937-433-0496) or e-mail (marcos@marcopaper.com) a confirmation of the specific sizes you require to ensure that there is no misunderstanding.
