Join Wendy to create a folio with envelopes. This project will work with any size envelope and we will be using a variety of sizes. The folio can be used to hold ephemera, tags, notebooks, paper scraps, work in progress, etc. We will build the folio and create some of the items to be stored in it. We will also decorate the envelopes. This is a great paper buster. We all have those 12 x 12 pads that we bought on sale and now do not know what to do with them. The sample was done with some of Gary’s antique book pages, wrapping paper and Marco’s specialty paper. Wendy will have a variety of paper to use but if you have a paper pad or two that you would like to use up, feel free to bring it.
Supplies requested for a class must be provided by the person taking the class. Neither Marcos nor the instructor provides these materials.
You will need your usual project supplies- scissors, bone folder, ruler, pencil and adhesive (liquid glue, glue stick, and score tape), etc.
You will need your large paper trimmer and large scoreboard.
If you wish to distress your folio (Wendy used Vintage Photo), please bring distress inks and applicators.
A corner rounder is up to you.
Please bring a tearing ruler if you have one.
