Join Maureen to create a beautiful Spring Napkin Collage and Friendship card. Students will learn a napkin collage technique using Mod Podge and a roller. This card will bring much joy and pleasure to someone special!
Student Required Supply List: Basic Stamping Kit which should include scissors and double sided adhesive tape, Wink of Stella (optional)
